Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order with LOMVINA. This page explains how, when, and which fees may apply.

Your legal right to cancel
Cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. Where legally applicable, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply.
Where the law grants you a broader right to cancel than this policy, the law prevails.
Before your order ships
Contact Getlomvina@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we cancel it and refund the full amount to the original payment method.
After your order ships
Once a parcel is in transit it cannot be recalled. You can refuse delivery or use our 14-day return process instead, and we will refund the product value once the item reaches our returns partner.
How to submit a cancellation request
Send us the following and we will confirm within one business day:
- Your order number from the confirmation email
- The full name and email used at checkout
- Whether you want a cancellation, exchange or refund
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers usually post the funds within 5–10 business days after we release the refund.
