What we collect
Depending on how you use the store, we may process:

- Payment confirmation (never full card numbers — see below)

- Marketing preferences if you subscribe to our newsletter

Payments
Checkout and payment are handled by our commerce and payment providers on PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Card numbers are entered directly into the encrypted checkout and are never visible to, or stored by, LOMVINA.
Why we process your data
To fulfil your order and provide customer support; to prevent fraud; to meet accounting and consumer-protection obligations; and, only with your consent, to send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with the processors that run the store: our commerce and checkout platform, payment providers, and shipping carriers and fulfilment partners who need your address to deliver your parcel. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart, language and region working, plus limited analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser; essential cookies are required for checkout to function.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and consumer-protection law. Marketing data is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your rights

Children
Our store is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
