Shipping Policy

Orders are checked and dispatched within 1-3  business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated transit time after dispatch:

Shipping is free on orders over ₪499. Below that threshold, the exact rate for your address is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment — there are no hidden fees added later.

As soon as the carrier scans your parcel you receive a tracking link by email. You can also enter your order number on our Track Order page at any time.

Applicable duties and import taxes are shown at checkout where we are able to collect them. In countries where they are collected on delivery, they are the responsibility of the recipient and set by local authorities.

We work with several fulfilment partners so we can send each item by the fastest available route. Multi-item orders may therefore arrive in more than one parcel at no extra cost to you.

If your parcel has not moved for 10 business days, or arrives damaged, email Getlomvina@gmail.com with your order number and photos where relevant. We will replace the item or refund you in full.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within a few hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch where possible.
