Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused, complete and in their original packaging so they can be resold or safely restocked.

Email Getlomvina@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the reason. We reply within one business day with return instructions and the correct return address.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from its description, we refund you in full — including original shipping — or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept:

Once your return is received and inspected we email you a confirmation and release the refund to your original payment method. Card issuers typically post the funds within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order, so your replacement is not held up by transit time.

Cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. Where legally applicable, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply.
