LOMVINA is an online retailer selling curated consumer products worldwide. You can reach us at Getlomvina@gmail.com.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock that is no longer available — you are refunded in full if we do.

Prices are shown in your selected currency for convenience and confirmed at checkout, where the final total including taxes and shipping is displayed. Where a listing contains a manifest pricing error we may cancel and refund the affected order.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Images are illustrative; colours may vary slightly between screens, and accessories are only included where explicitly listed.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude customs delays outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return under our Return & Refund Policy. Cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law; where legally applicable, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply.

Products carry the statutory conformity guarantee applicable in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits your non-waivable consumer rights.

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at a scale that degrades service, no attempts to breach security, and no reproduction of our content, branding or product photography without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
